You retain ownership of all student data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the assessment services.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scores and feedback are estimates and should be reviewed by qualified teachers.
